Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation:
All cancellation requests have to reach us on or before Sunday, That is one day prior to our shipping day of Monday. All you need to do is send us a cancellation request on aquaforestbiotech@yahoo.in.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and the order will be considered as sold and no refunds will be issued.

Return Policy:
We do not have a return policy as plants are perishable goods.
